We are here to serve you! As Maine re-opens, we too will have some minor changes in the office, to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Please take a moment to read some of our COVID-19 precautions and what to expect at your next dental visit.
When making an appointment with our office we will ask you a set of screening questions.
Upon arriving at our office, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside at the entrance of the business. Please make sure to maintain a 6-foot distance from the door and from other patients. Once arriving please then call us to inform us of your arrival and from there, we will give instructions when to enter. In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, we ask that only the person who has the appointment enter the office. (Unless the patient is a minor or needs medical supervision/assistance.)
Upon entering the premises, feel free to utilize our sanitization station at the entrance, and one of our team members will take your temperature with a contactless digital thermometer.
Please wear a face covering/mask when entering the premises. If you do not have a face covering/mask of your own, one will be supplied to you by our staff. It is our policy that staff and patients wear masks at all times possible. Due to unprecedented times for healthcare workers and heightened PPE and medical equipment, we will be assessing a $10 fee per patient to help cover those costs. **If the patient has insurance, we will run in through insurance first.
We thank you for your understanding, concerning the circumstances we are in, and we will continue to remain professional and follow all precautions set forth by the Maine CDC and Maine Dental Association to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff.
Thank you again, for choosing Roosevelt Dental.
